At this time this site is meant to be a laid back group interested in the brewing and; just as importantly, the drinking of all forms of alcoholic beverages allowed to be made at home by the Feds. There are no dues or scheduled meetings. As mentioned, this will be a very informal group to give people who like to brew a way to get to know other brewers in the area. It is also for those who have no idea how to begin but would like to learn. There are plans to have get-togethers such as tastings and the like so make sure and check the community calender. If you join the community you will automatically get e-mails when something is going on.
Hey, Roy! Your last home brew (the hefeweizen) was awesome! You have any more of that hef? I might have to stop by for a beer some time.

I think it's time to plan a small get together for members and potential members. It won't be for another month or so (plenty of time to brew up a beer or two!) Keep a watch on the calender.

Well, almost ready to bottle an American Brown Ale. The Citris wine is mellowing out in the bottles and the Strawberry wine is clearing in a carboy. What's next? Another ale, with a differance. This one will be a pale with lemon Thyme added at the end of the boil. Should be tasty! Also, the first attempt at the Burke Brewery making a Cherry Lambic. If this sounds interesting, give a shout. If you brew, maybe we can swap a few.
