Your fitness profile provides a snapshot of your current fitness level and exercise habits. Update your fitness profile any time you wish to capture an updated snapshot of your current fitness level. Your fitness profile includes calculations for body mass index and heart rate zones.

Monthly and Daily Training Logs

PlanetMe.com includes detailed monthly and daily training logs to help you track your exercise progress. Those individuals just starting an exercise program will enjoy the simplified workout entry mode for cycling, running, swimming, and strength training workouts. More seasoned athletes will benefit from advanced workout entry features, such as heart rate zones and workout performance metrics.

The Monthly Log provides a bird's eye view of your exercise program for a given month. Each entry includes a duration, distance, pace, and average heart rate (heart rate data is not available in Simplified Workout Entry Mode).

The Daily Log provides a more detailed look at your workouts for a single day. In addition, the Daily Log includes daily metrics for resting heart rate, weight, sleep, level of recovery, stress level, and diet.

Exercise Equipment Tracker

Don't know how many miles you have put on those running shoes? Can't remember the date of your last bicycle tune-up or how many miles you have put on your chain and tires? The Exercise Equipment Tracker removes the guess work from maintaining your exercise equipment. When entering workouts into your training log, the Exercise Equipment Tracker automatically updates the mileages associated with your bicycle and running shoes, and alerts you when it is time to replace your shoes, tires, or chain.

All courses entered into the Course Log are available when entering workouts into your training log, so there is no need to retype your course information each time you enter a workout.
